Delivery usually takes 4 to 6 working days after acceptance of an order. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of customers, customers shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in customers location.

Baeyork ships all over India and offers free shipping within India.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched.

Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is approved, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and in some cases a prepaid shipping label via email.

If the quality seal (shrink-wrap) has been tampered, unfortunately you won't be able to return any Baeyork products. We maintain high quality standards and if for any reason the shrink-wrap is tampered , the product will automatically be disqualified from our quality standard checks.

Which items can I return? Which items are non-refundable?

Unopened items (this includes quality seal shrink-wrap) and delivered in the last 30 days.

Items that are tampered, marked as final sale, Free gifts or promotional items with retail value are not refundable.

When will I get my refund?

Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to reflect to your original payment method. Promotional value will not be refunded to you.
