Founder's Note
When purpose, passion and vision are cobbled together, good brand stories are told to the world!
Born in the family of Doctors, I grew up in Nashik, a calm and serene place with blissful weather and no traffic. My father is an Oral Surgeon, and my grandfather was first Surgeon in the city. Growing up and even now, my father is my biggest inspiration. Most important values I have learned from him is ethics, persistence and building enduring relationships. After my undergrad in Pharmaceutical Sciences, I moved to New York right after the college. After pursuing MS in Pharmaceutical Marketing, I chose to work for an early-stage vitamin & dietary supplement startup which turned out to be one of my best investments in life. Working at the startup was formative and humbling experience. I was part of this incredible team, growth story and got the essence of what entrepreneurship tastes like! And once bitten by that entrepreneurial bug, there was no going back.
A chance of building a brand in US and convinced with the India story, I plunged into being a Founder and started up Baeyork. I am an eternal optimistic about this e-commerce and startup ecosystem globally and felt, now is our time. What attracts me about being a founder is the thrill of building an enduring company which will make a difference. I truly believe that there are no shortcuts in building a meaningful company and we are energized to build Baeyork on the similar path.
On personal side, my wife Rucha is my biggest strength, motivator and the firm believer in whatever I am doing. We love discussing our life and her feedback is what matters most to me! Becoming a father was a defining moment. A dad to a 2-year-old bestowed me with the cocktail of joy, love and satisfaction. I love spending my downtime offline at our weekend home or outdoors where I can easily disconnect myself from the chaos!
